Our Updated Policy states that our services will require a 50% Booking Fee.

All booking fees are transferable and Not refundable. You can reschedule your appointment within 48 hours

and be able to use that booking fee towards your next appointment with us.
 
When you rebook your next appointment that booking fee rolls over to secure your appointment. 
This means we are reserving a spot purely for you and we are unavailable for other clients

at the same time of your service. 

We understand that circumstances may arise and clients may need to change or cancel their appointments. 

Failure to attend (no show) or reschedule an appointment without 48 hours notice converts the 50% charge for those services/times booked as compensation to the business.

If yearly price rise occurs prior to appointment, and after booking, an add on will occur at time of appointment.
