Booking Fees
Updated Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a 50% Booking Fee is now required at the time of booking.
Your appointment will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
Booking Fee Terms:

The 50% booking fee is transferable but non-refundable.

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your booking fee will carry over to your new appointment.

If you reschedule within the required time, your booking fee simply rolls over and secures your new appointment slot.

If you do Not confirm the complimentary confirmation text, your appointment will be classed as not accepted and deposit will be lost.
Please understand that this policy ensures we can reserve your time exclusively for you and
are unable to take other clients during that period.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
We completely understand that life happens. However:

If you fail to attend your appointment (no-show), or
-
Reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice,
the 50% booking fee will be forfeited as compensation for the time reserved.
Price Adjustments:
If a yearly price increase takes effect after your booking but before your appointment,
the updated pricing will apply and be added at the time of service.
